All our sales are conducted through our eBay shop (ebay.fr/str/cardsnpacksshop). Returns are handled in accordance with eBay's return policy and European regulations.
Return Window
30 days from the date of receipt of the item.
Conditions
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- Graded cards (PSA, CGC, PCA) must be returned in their original slab, intact and unopened.
- Sealed boosters must be returned unopened.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Refund
Refunds are processed through eBay within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
How to Return
- Open a return request from your eBay account (My Purchases → Request a Return)
- We will provide shipping instructions
- Ship the item with a tracking number
